It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical ExcellenceEnd to End Asset Lifecycle Management for Technology Hardware AssetsAsset Capacity Planning & ManagementLiaison with stakeholders and manage all Technology Asset requirementsResponsible for managing all metrics related to Performance & RiskValidate & Initiate Procurement requests for Technology AssetsHandle all Asset Inward and Onboarding to tracking system including taggingIT Stores ManagementInventory Management (Intra & Inter Unit Transfer/De-bonding/ Disposal)Ensure asset issuance & collection to cater to Incident & Request management on ITSM toolManage Asset upkeep & Maintenance (Repairs/Replacement) by liaising with OEMsDisposal of retired assets with the established compliance and other guidelinesVendor Services Management & AuditAsset Exchange, Service Request, and Incident ticket managementSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics and other graduation streams or a related discipline
- Available to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 50% of the time.
