Job Title 1. : Project Assistant – Accounting

Role Overview

The Project Assistant – Accounting will support financial documentation, accounting, and reporting activities for ongoing CSR and education projects. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project-wise accounts in

  Tally

  and

  Excel

  .
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts as per project and donor guidelines.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly

  financial statements and reports

  .
• Support

  audit documentation

  and coordinate with CA and finance partners.
• Assist in preparing and tracking

  budgets, fund utilization

  , and

  credit notes

  .
• Ensure compliance with statutory and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, and program) for data verification.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  .
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (NGO / CSR / Development sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  Tally, Excel, and Documentation

  .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A passion for contributing to the social development sector.

Role Overview

The Project Assistant – Operations & Monitoring will support the coordination, tracking, and reporting of education and skill development projects. The role involves working closely with teams, partners, and donors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project operations and data flow between partners and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and maintain detailed

  MIS and dashboards

  .
• Collect, validate, and analyze student performance and feedback data.
• Support the preparation of

  project reports, presentations, and case studies

  .
• Liaise with partner organizations, CSC centers, and local coordinators.
• Ensure documentation and compliance as per donor and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Management / Social Sciences / Education / Development Studies

  or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or monitoring.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork.
• Passion for social impact and working with underprivileged communities.
