Role Overview:

Programmatic Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize job advertising campaigns across programmatic recruitment platforms.
• Allocate budgets across jobs, clients, and sources to maximize applicant flow while meeting CPA/CPC targets.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and sources to drive efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align campaigns with hiring goals, job priorities, and timelines.
• Generate performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights on spend, conversions, and applicant quality.
• Ensure budget pacing and ROI delivery against monthly and quarterly hiring objectives.
• Stay current on recruitment media trends, best practices, and performance benchmarks in the US market.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations or recruitment marketing campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic job advertising platforms and ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise in managing performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, apply rates, and cost-per-hire.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.
• Ability to work effectively with

  with partial time-zone overlap.
• Prior experience in staffing, recruitment tech, or digital advertising is a plus.
