Programmatic Campaign Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

• Assist in client onboarding by setting up partner accounts, configuring platforms, and joining onboarding/handover calls to address campaign requirements.
• Execute and manage programmatic campaigns (e.g., DV360), ensuring proper setup, optimization, and alignment with client KPIs and performance goals.
• Stay updated on programmatic trends and platform capabilities, while regularly auditing and troubleshooting campaigns for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to prepare detailed performance reports and use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations.
• Partner with account management, creative, and tech teams, and act as a liaison between offshore teams and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks within the RACI framework, ensuring accountability, while engaging in continuous learning to grow into senior roles.

Qualification:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in programmatic media buying.
• Skilled in working with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and other platforms, with strong analytical expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Possess excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
