Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, youll serve as the key liaison between our clients, internal stakeholders (Sales, Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Reporting), and fulfillment partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital advertising campaigns, delivering exceptional service and driving long-term client satisfaction. This is a coordination-focused (non-hands-on) role designed for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and campaign oversight. You will be instrumental in supporting campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to client retention and growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle. Gather, validate, and manage campaign requirements including creative assets, tracking specs, timelines, and approvals. Accurately input and maintain campaign orders across billing and trafficking platforms. Review onboarding documentation for completeness and coordinate to resolve any missing information. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched and executed on time and with precision. Maintain internal trackers for campaign milestones, deliverables, launch timelines, and asset status. Attend client calls to provide campaign updates, align on deliverables, and define next steps. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with the Reporting & Insights team to deliver post-campaign analysis and performance reports. Support identification of upsell, cross-sell, or renewal opportunities alongside the Sales team. Manage tickets and internal requests through systems such as JIRA, and handle discrepancies via tools like the Dispute Management System (DMS). Maintain detailed documentation for all campaign-related activities to ensure internal visibility and transparency. Qualifications 25 years of experience in Account Management, Client Coordination, or Sales Support within digital media or advertising. Solid understanding of multi-channel digital campaigns, including Search, Social, Display, and OTT. Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Xandr is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and project/workflow management tools. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Have 2-6 years of industry experience, preferably with Digital Marketing/programmatic and/or mobile experience. Strong analytic skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, and digital advertising knowledge Demonstrated trafficking experience on platforms like DCM, ZEDO, MEDIAMIND, CELTRA, FLASHTALKING, JIVOX or BONZAI etc. Experience with programmatic buying and working experience utilizing Real-Time Bidding technologies (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs) is a plus. Excellent client servicing, organizational, and communication skills. Works well both within a team and individually. Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks. Ability to problem solve and analyze data sets. Able to formulate conclusions and develop recommendations. Work well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines Strong Excel & PowerPoint knowledge. Interest in ad technology and digital media. Would be added advantage to have end-to-end experience on programmatic execution
