Job Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and CSR project pitches.
• Support fundraising and partnership-building activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed project reports (client-wise, region-wise, and impact-based).
• Maintain accurate records, case studies, and success stories for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and educational institutions.
• Act as a single point of contact for partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.

Program Coordination & Implementation

• Collaborate with the Program Implementation team to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct school and project site visits to monitor on-ground impact.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for teachers and students.

Project Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track progress against objectives, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Conduct need assessments, baseline/endline surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure reporting of measurable outcomes and social impact.

Operational & Evaluation Support

• Support audits, data collection, and compliance requirements of CSR projects.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and resource allocation for projects.

Community Engagement

• Liaise with local communities, school authorities, and government representatives.
• Strengthen community ownership and participation in STEM programs.

Capacity Building

• Train and mentor field staff, volunteers, and community mobilizers.
• Develop and deliver orientation materials for program stakeholders.

Advocacy & Branding

• Contribute to outreach campaigns, newsletters, and impact stories.
• Represent STEM Learning at CSR forums, educational events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory

• Graduate from a recognized university

Key Requirements

• Communication:

  Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
