Job Description

We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Program Manager| Location: Haldwani | Full-time (Permanent, 24x7 Coverage)

Team Lead – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of the web research team across shifts.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure SLA & quality adherence.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
Collaborate with project managers, QA, and training teams to drive improvements.
Track and report on productivity, quality metrics, and capacity utilization.
Lead team huddles, reviews, and coaching sessions.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, knowledge-sharing, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree (operations, business, or data domain preferred).
4–6 years of experience in data operations, web research, or back-office delivery.
1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of SLA-driven environments & quality processes.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and workflow tracking tools (Jira, Trello, CRMs).
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift-based environment.
