Supply Fulfillment Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management & DE Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for Rider support initiatives, ensuring on‑time activation of supply partners.
• Track DE metrics and coordinate with on‑ground teams to resolve capacity or performance gaps.

Seasonal & Event Planning

• Build detailed supply‑fulfillment plans for monsoon, festival peaks, flash sales, and other city‑specific events.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing, and City Ops to forecast volume surges and resource needs.

DE Insurance Programs

• Design and roll out insurance coverage frameworks for delivery partners (e.g., accident, equipment loss).
• Liaise with insurers, process claims, and ensure timely payouts to maintain partner trust.

3P Vendor Planning & Management

• Develop capacity and coverage plans with third‑party logistics vendors to complement in‑house delivery.
• Negotiate SLAs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions with vendor partners.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with City Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, and Legal to align program timelines and budgets.
• Maintain clear program documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze program outcomes (delivery speed, fulfillment cost, partner satisfaction) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead retrospectives and drive process enhancements to boost scalability and resilience.

We hope that you have..

• 3+ years in program or project management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Comfort with data—forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments; able to pivot plans as conditions change
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for planning and reporting
• Familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Trello)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Exposure to Q‑commerce, FMCG, or foodtech operations
• Basic understanding of insurance products and vendor contract negotiations
