About:

Remedinet Technologies Pvt Ltd is a health-tech company specializing in digitizing hospital

workflows, claims processing, and insurance automation for both private and government

healthcare programs. Now part of the IHX ecosystem—a leading health information

exchange platform handling over 40% of India’s cashless insurance claims—Remedinet is

expanding its mission to streamline healthcare data, enable faster settlements, and drive

digital transformation across India’s health insurance infrastructure.


We are looking for smart, empathetic and driven leaders who have a passion for building

nurturing relationships with customers and helping them thrive and achieve their full

potential while leveraging Remedinet platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain healthy relationship with critical customer contacts
  • Understand customers’ business challenges and support them through Remedinet offerings
  • Help customer adopt Remedinet offerings and be the customer advocate within Remedinet
  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Maintain a data driven approach to problem solving, client engagement and technical project delivery.
  • Stay informed with market perspective and client’s feedback to contribute in defining product roadmap
  • Engage with stakeholders in the client organization to produce research outcomes and impact metrics
  • Develop and steer brand building activities using client stories to strengthen Remedinet’s position in the market


What you Need:

  • Good experience and understanding of the healthcare market, preferably with TPAs
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management
  • Proven track record of working with government institutions or implementing government-led initiatives.
  • Experience in IT and tech product implementation and delivery
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent in interacting and handling different stakeholders
  • Very high level of drive, business ownership & business orientation
