Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Insurance Executive in Kochi. The Hospital Insurance Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing daily discharges, processing insurance claims, and coordinating communication between providers and insurers. The executive will ensure smooth and efficient operations within the hospital's insurance department.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication Skills
Experience in hospital insurance and Tpa portals
Basic understanding of Hospital insurance
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
Any bachelor degree
