Job Summary
The Business Operations Program Manager will serve in a key role with the Business Operations and Planning team reporting to the Chief of Staff for the Cloud Storage & Services business unit. This important position will support the business execution by helping with efficiently managing day-to-day cross-functional business operations, managing of key projects & programs, and will support our business processes.The next generation of businesses are data-driven, digital businesses. The candidate must also be able to work across various teams at NetApp to build relationships and help drive key execution and planning processes. The candidate must have the ability to take initiative and find and solve problems for the overall betterment of the business unit.Job Requirements
- Take end-to-end ownership of key projects that are critical to the success of the business unit.
- Work with the individual teams and leaders within the Cloud Storge to help build and maintain operational excellence.
- Support internal processes, logistics and BU information management & communication.
- Good operational planning and coordination skills
- Comfortable with digital planning tools: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with team members and peers across the board
- PMP certification preferred.
Education
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in business operations and logistics.
