Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, preferably with HotelKey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and driving results.

• Develop and implement effective program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
• Strong understanding of program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience with HotelKey or similar tools is an asset.
