Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and projects, with excellent organizational and communication skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize program outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Hotels & Restaurants industry, with knowledge of current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with program management tools and software, such as project management systems and data analysis tools.
