Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large, complex integration and delivery programs.
• Manage production operations, ensuring uptime, stability, and performance.
• Oversee client-facing delivery projects from inception to go-live.
• Collaborate closely with technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Ensure adherence to all digital payment regulations, including PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and team efficiency.
• Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional teams for consistent delivery success.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, and production oversight.
• At least 7–10 years in senior leadership roles within technology service or fintech/payment gateway environments.
• Strong experience in integration projects, client-facing delivery, and production management.
• Excellent understanding of digital payment compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, RBI guidelines).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with international payment systems and cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of tokenization, fraud detection systems, or recurring billing solutions.
• Exposure to APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based payment platforms.

• Successful delivery of integrated client projects.
