Job Description

Define, establish, and manage
program/project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
.
Track and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to
scope, budget, and timelines
.
Implement effective
project governance, risk management, and issue resolution
processes.
Prepare and present
status reports, dashboards, and updates
for leadership and steering committees (SteerCo).

Business & IT Transformation Support

Understand the
business model, processes, challenges, and opportunities
in logistics and mobility.
Support documentation of
As-Is and To-Be processes
in collaboration with Business Analysts and business stakeholders.
Drive
requirement workshops
and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
Coordinate with
implementation partners
and ensure solutions are delivered as per agreed requirements.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

Align and engage
cross-functional stakeholders
(Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.).
Schedule, organize, and drive
SteerCo and key project meetings
, ensuring follow-ups and closure of action items.
Act as the primary liaison between
business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
.

Financials & Tracking

Monitor and manage
project budgets, costs, and resource allocation
.
Ensure accurate reporting of financials, dependencies, and program risks.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience
in
Program/Project Management
with exposure to business and IT transformation projects.
Proven experience in
PMO functions, governance frameworks, and large-scale IT/business implementations
.
Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum (preferred).
Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and governance.
Experience in logistics, leasing, mobility, or supply chain industries is a strong plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
