At IDfy, we turn “it can’t be done” into “wow, that was fast.” As our Program Delivery Manager, you’ll be the maestro who cues every instrument — from pre‑sales hype to post‑go‑live high‑fives. If juggling timelines, decoding tech‑speak, and delighting customers sounds like an epic Tuesday, keep reading.

We Are the Perfect Match If You…

• Think in Gantt charts but talk in emoji. You can map out a critical path and still keep message threads fun.
• Love first‑dates‑with‑APIs. Nothing thrills you more than watching two systems shake hands for the first time.
• Have a B.Tech (or equivalent) in Engineering and a brain wired for structure, systems, and scalable processes.
• Have 3+ years of delivery/program management experience in the SaaS or tech world — and real war stories to prove it.
• Write docs so clear they could win a Pulitzer. Flow diagrams, handover notes, testing scripts — your paperwork sparks joy.
• Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, hitting timelines without dropping context or communication.
• Play well with all the kids on the playground. Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customers all feel heard (and hustled) when you’re around.
• See obstacles as feature requests. Deadlines, dependencies, and unexpected scope creep only fuel your creativity.
• Speak fluent KPI. Velocity, NPS, defect density, and churn reduction are more than buzzwords — they’re your scoreboard.
• Work like a startup soul. You're cool with chaos, fast feedback loops, and email/message threads that sometimes go off the rails.

• Kick‑off:

  Huddle with Sales to snag every nuance of a newly‑signed deal, then translate wish‑lists into crystal‑clear use‑case flows for client sign‑off.

• Plan Like a Pro:

  Build project timelines that marry ambition with realism; surface risks before they’ve even thought of surfacing.

• Unclog the Pipes:

  Rally Product and Tech squads, demolish blockers, and keep integrations gliding toward “Go Live.”

• Document the Dream:

  Craft integration guides and knowledge transfers that make future you (and Customer Success) sing your praises.

• Test with Zeal:

  Orchestrate sandbox simulations, edge‑case hunts, and sanity checks until the solution sparkles.

• Launch & Linger:

  Stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with clients through their first production days, squashing bugs before anyone else spots them.

• Loop & Level‑up:

  Collect post‑onboarding feedback, crunch the data, and spin it into process upgrades that shave hours (and headaches) off the next rollout.
