Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Take ownership when roadblocks appear, identify solutions, and keep programs moving forward
• Translate high-level strategic ideas into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables

Innovation & Execution

• Experiment with new approaches across technology, operations, and business functions
• Measure outcomes, analyze results, and iterate rapidly based on learnings

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership teams to drive alignment
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure project visibility

Tracking & Analysis

• Maintain project dashboards and prepare comprehensive progress reports
• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders

Strategic Problem-Solving

• Anticipate potential issues and design proactive solutions
• Develop contingency plans for critical project milestones

Culture & Team Development

• Foster adaptability, teamwork, and a solutions-first mindset across teams
• Champion continuous improvement and organizational learning

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in program management, operations, or project coordination
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to step up when unexpected challenges arise
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to startups, AI, or technology-driven projects
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Background in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
