Job Description

As a Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the success of our EdTech platform. You will be responsible for client meetings, course planning, coordination with teachers and students, follow-up, and training the sales team. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining management information systems (MIS) to ensure efficient operations and decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings:Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our EdTech solutions.

Course Planning:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to plan and optimize course offerings.
Ensure that course content is aligned with educational objectives and market demands.Monitor course performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Coordination with Teachers and Students:Coordinate with teachers and instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
Address any teacher or student concerns promptly and effectively.Foster a positive learning environment for students and educators.

Follow-Up:Implement a systematic follow-up process to track progress on client requests and issues.
Resolve any client-related concerns or escalations in a timely manner.Maintain clear records of all interactions and outcomes.

Training of Sales Team:Provide comprehensive training to the sales team on our EdTech products and services.
Equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote our offerings.Monitor sales team performance and offer guidance for improvement.

Maintenance of MIS:Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and course planning within the EdTech industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in training and leading sales teams.
  • Proficiency in MIS software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to education and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
