Program Manager

The Senior Program manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio of projects within the organization. This includes defining and maintaining project management standards, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives, and providing governance and oversight. They are also tasked with managing the program budget, leading high-level presentations to senior leadership, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech in Information Technology or related field

Certification Required

• PMP certification

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in IT Software Product & Services companies, with a strong focus on delivering AI-driven products and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of artificial intelligence software products
• Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage conflicts and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
