Summary


Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs, ensuring they are delivered within scope and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and address potential project roadblocks and create contingency plans.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and best practices throughout program execution.

2. Project Execution:

  • Coordinate and lead the project, ensuring everyone is clear on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, regularly updating stakeholders and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project teams.
  •  Regularly communicate program updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with coaching industry best practices.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.

5. Innovation and Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with coaching industry trends and innovations, incorporating relevant advancements into project planning and execution.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors/master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
