Job Description

About the Company

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive a portfolio of initiatives in areas such as health, distribution, and SME segments. You will be a key problem solver and program driver—working hands-on across workstreams to ensure timely execution, insight generation, and impact delivery. While you’ll work independently, you’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and peers to bring clarity, energy, and follow-through to every initiative.

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive a portfolio of initiatives in areas such as health, distribution, and SME segments.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution:

Run point on programs spanning diverse domains—health, distribution, SME, etc.—ensuring strategic alignment, cross-team coordination, and timely output delivery. You will structure work plans, coordinate sprints, and support tracking against KPIs.
  • Analytical & Creative Problem Solving:

Dig deeper than the obvious. Think critically about metrics and assumptions. For example, challenge surface-level outcomes by investigating the structural drivers like reinsurance, channel mix, or customer behavior.
  • Communication & Synthesis:

Bring coherence to ambiguous discussions by actively listening, structuring responses, and distilling complexity into clear insights. Confidently interact with stakeholders and simplify convoluted inputs into actionable next steps.
  • Ownership & Agility:

Take personal ownership of problems—don't wait for answers, go find them. Leverage internal networks to bring in tools and best practices from other teams. Be comfortable testing fast, learning quickly, and changing course when needed.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

Communicate with empathy and precision across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Influence gently or assertively, based on context. Know when to escalate and when to defuse.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, though not mandatory.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of work experience, ideally with exposure to cross-functional programs or consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a balance of structure and creativity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to synthesize unstructured conversations.
  • Agile and self-driven with a knack for internal entrepreneurship and initiative-taking.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about insurance domains is a plus, but not a must.
  • Interest or exposure to technology and AI concepts—you don’t need to build systems, but you should be able to engage with them meaningfully.
