Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Pune. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves conducting market research, training sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also be required to collaborate with various departments to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and territory management
Strong understanding of life insurance products and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
