Program Manager - Biomedical & Operation

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Manager- Biomedical & Operation in CSR division. In this role, he/she will support to procurement and CSR division for fulfilling the needs of project towards procuring any products and further operations. He / She will be responsible for biomedical operations, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in healthcare projects settings. He/ She will also be responsible for project operation as per guidance of senior team.

Required qualification:

        A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field is usually required.

        Leadership ability , including the capacity to set and manage accountability of self and others

        Preferably 3-6 years of experience

        Proven track record of successfully developing and corporate pitching, client handholding, securing partnerships, and delivering impactful projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.

        Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

        Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
