Program Lead – Full-Time | On-Campus | Leadership Role

We are looking for a Program Lead to anchor the vision of a progressive residential school into vibrant daily practice. This leadership role bridges curriculum design, teacher development, recruitment, student admissions, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Implementation

  – Transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023.

• Teacher Training & Development

  – Induction, workshops, in-class coaching, and PLCs.

• Teacher Recruitment & Mentoring

  – Identifying, onboarding, and developing aligned educators.

• Admissions & Orientation

  – Guiding parents and students through philosophy and expectations.

• Outreach & Engagement

  – Campaigns, events, digital content, and representation in forums.

• Leadership & Strategy

  – Collaborative planning, reflective practices, and policy input.

We are Looking For

• Alignment with values of

• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with comfort in a
