Program Lead – Full-Time | On-Campus | Leadership Role We are looking for a Program Lead to anchor the vision of a progressive residential school into vibrant daily practice. This leadership role bridges curriculum design, teacher development, recruitment, student admissions, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design & Implementation – Transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023. Teacher Training & Development – Induction, workshops, in-class coaching, and PLCs. Teacher Recruitment & Mentoring – Identifying, onboarding, and developing aligned educators. Admissions & Orientation – Guiding parents and students through philosophy and expectations. Outreach & Engagement – Campaigns, events, digital content, and representation in forums. Leadership & Strategy – Collaborative planning, reflective practices, and policy input. We are Looking For Alignment with values of clarity, compassion, courage, and commitment . Experience in progressive pedagogy (project-based, experiential, transdisciplinary). Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with comfort in a residential community setup . Proficiency in English & Hindi . Preferred Background: Cambridge methodology, NCF 2023, SEL, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, teacher training, or curriculum leadership.
