Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Planning & Execution:

    Support end-to-end coordination of programs/projects, ensuring timely execution as per defined goals and timelines.
  2. Stakeholder Management:

    Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  3. Monitoring & Reporting:

    Track progress, maintain dashboards, and prepare regular status reports for leadership review.
  4. Operational Support:

    Coordinate logistics, documentation, and on-ground activities to ensure seamless program delivery.
  5. Process Improvement:

    Identify operational gaps and contribute to enhancing program efficiency and impact.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
