Program Coordinator

Specific roles and responsibilities

Monitoring and Supporting Field Activities:

· Monitoring and support during home visit, rapport building, needs assessments of elderlies, counselling elderlies, virtual OPDs

· Capacity building of staff for communication, basic awareness of elderlies on health and other issues

· Capacity building of new community officers

· Supervision: Checking records

· Rapport building with Key persons in the community and convince them to offer support for the program activities

· Referrals of elderlies whenever or wherever required

· Conducting community meetings on various topics

Establishing Linkages:

· Establish linkages with local leaders, network NGOs and other organizations

· Identification of volunteers in the community and take their help wherever required

Documentation and reporting: Documentation of community meetings, field activities, referrals, case stories, case profiles, activity reports (monthly, quarterly and annual)

Management Information Systems (MIS): Supporting community officers for preparation of MIS, checking

MIS of community officers, providing data to M & E coordinator whenever required.

· Follow the all-organizational administrative policy in professional manner.

· To attend all trainings and workshops organized by Organization.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

· Masters in Social Work (M.S.W.) from a reputed Institute/ M.A. in Sociology/ humanities with 5-6 years

relevant experience in field.

· Willingness to work in urban slums and with elderly

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
