Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong strategic acumen and hands-on experience in driving digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and TagMango . The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, preferably in agency or start-up environments, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results for health and ed-tech brands . Google and Meta certifications are a must. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions. Plan, implement, and track campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp , and TagMango . Optimize campaigns based on key metrics including CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates , and lead conversions . Leverage Google Meta-certified tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and community teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels. Manage and monitor brand presence across organic and paid social media , including WhatsApp community funnels and TagMango engagement. Analyze performance reports, generate actionable insights, and iterate strategy accordingly. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative digital tactics as needed. Efficiently manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across multiple channels. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, ideally within agency or start-up settings. Strong command over Google and Meta platforms with active certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.). Proven experience handling campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and TagMango . Deep understanding of performance metrics, lead funnels, and audience targeting. Excellent project management and communication skills. Prior experience working with health or edu-tech brands is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a dynamic work environment.
