Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
• Plan, implement, and track campaigns across platforms like

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp

  , and

  TagMango

  .
• Optimize campaigns based on key metrics including

  CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates

  , and

  lead conversions

  .
• Leverage

  Google Meta-certified tools

  such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Collaborate with content, design, and community teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
• Manage and monitor brand presence across

  organic and paid social media

  , including WhatsApp community funnels and TagMango engagement.
• Analyze performance reports, generate actionable insights, and iterate strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative digital tactics as needed.
• Efficiently manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across multiple channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, ideally within agency or start-up settings.
• Strong command over

  Google and Meta platforms

  with active certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
• Proven experience handling campaigns on

  YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and TagMango

  .
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, lead funnels, and audience targeting.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with

  health or edu-tech brands

  is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a dynamic work environment.
