We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Team Head to lead and scale a high-performing media team across video, design, content, and performance marketing. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on driving strategy and execution in equal measure.

Eligibility:

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the media team across all verticals, which includes: video, design, content, and performance
• Define and drive the overall content and marketing roadmap for multiple brands
• Collaborate closely with CMO, founders, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
• Oversee execution, team structure, hiring, and performance outcomes
