Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing activities, including lead generation, promotional content creation, SEO optimization, website management, and campaign analysis to strengthen the Aarise brand and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Track ROI, manage budgets, and optimize ad performance.
• Lead Generation:
• Create and manage B2B and B2C lead generation strategies through organic and paid channels.
• Build email campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads.
• On-Page SEO & Website Management:
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Regularly update website content, product pages, and blog sections.
• Content & Creative Development:
• Design and manage creation of promotional graphics for campaigns, social media, and product marketing (with tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Create and edit short promotional videos, product explainer videos, reels, and testimonials.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
