We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our sales team and help expand our customer base. Job Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, including doctors, pharmacies, and distributors. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team to optimize lead conversion. Requirements: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of telecalling or sales experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry). Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and sales techniques. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good knowledge of CRM software and basic computer applications.
