Program Coordinator

The NGO is led by two passionate directors with years of experience in disability inclusion and workforce development. We are looking for a Program Coordinator who will be the backbone of our growing initiative. You will work closely with the Directors to implement training programs, coordinate with trainers, support students, and manage day-to-day operations. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on role for someone who is passionate about inclusion and wants to be part of a meaningful early-stage journey.

1. Program Execution

Support the design and delivery of training sessions for PWDs (online and in-person).

Schedule and coordinate trainers, guest speakers, and sessions.

Track attendance, learning progress, and feedback from students.

2. Student Engagement

Be the point of contact for students—answer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth learning journey.

Identify students needing extra support and coordinate interventions.

3. Coordination & Administration

Maintain training records, feedback forms, databases, and communication.

Assist in preparing reports and impact documentation.

Ensure accessibility needs are accounted for in every aspect of delivery.

4. Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with trainers, volunteers, partner organizations, colleges and employers as needed.

Support outreach and onboarding of new students and partners.

5. Strategy & Growth

Provide inputs to improve program design and scale.

Help build operational systems from scratch and suggest improvements.
