As a candidate for the position at the Head Office in Chandigarh with potential international travel, you will be responsible for the following key duties: - Oversee and manage multiple overseas educational tours and projects organized by Eduquest in various countries, ranging from 4 to 10 days in duration. - Coordinate effectively with international organizing teams, partner schools, and local stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of programs. - Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and school representatives, addressing queries with professionalism and empathy. - Maintain clear communication through various channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions, using excellent spoken and written English. - Prepare and manage tour-related documentation, schedules, and logistics utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel. - Provide timely updates and reports on project progress, budgets, and feedback. - Travel internationally with student groups when necessary, ensuring safety, engagement, and smooth coordination throughout the tour. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program delivery and improve the participant experience. - Demonstrate calmness, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills when handling unexpected challenges. The qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Education, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, travel management, or educational services. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools. - Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently. - Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as per program needs.
