Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator at Aristocrat, you will play a crucial role in the Information Technology department, contributing to the company's technological advancements and ensuring smooth project progress across diverse teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and managing departmental interdependencies, coordinating with various teams such as the Tests Team, Program Managers, Game Designers, and the Tech-Art team. - Handling hardware requests and managing execution of reports and calendar activities to enhance efficiency and tracking quality. - Demonstrating a detailed understanding of project coordination to effectively address all dependencies. - Driving resource requirements across globally located teams for timely delivery of project streams. - Multi-tasking and managing several project streams simultaneously, providing timely feedback and working on applications. - Tracking training and other team deliverables to completion, ensuring successful implementation of all goals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in Project / Program coordination. - A Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and determine priorities effectively. - Knowledge of project management tools and software. - Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
