Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Support

Assist in identifying
new revenue opportunities
and potential client segments.
Support growth initiatives such as new service launches, pricing experiments, and market entry research.
Track and analyze basic revenue, pipeline, and campaign performance data.

Sales & Business Development Support

Help with
lead generation
through research, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing
sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations
.
Support client meetings, documentation, and CRM updates.
Learn and contribute to closing conversations under guidance from senior team members.

Marketing & Demand Generation

Support execution of
digital and content marketing initiatives
(LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates).
Help create marketing collateral such as
case studies, pitch decks, brochures, and posts
.
Conduct competitor and market research to support positioning and messaging.

Who Should Apply

Recent graduates or final-year students with an interest in
sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship
.
Academic background in
Management, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or related fields
preferred.
Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
Comfortable with research, data, presentations, and basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in HR services, consulting, or B2B businesses is a strong plus.
