Job Description

Counsel and guide customers seeking a career change towards appropriate Analytics training services.
Engage in proactive lead generation through telephonic and email contact, including cold calling.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Manage email correspondence effectively.
Build and maintain client rapport, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and a results-driven approach. Must have a track record in software sales, business development, or account management.

Additional Responsibilities (20% Coordinator Tasks):

Coordinate various administrative tasks related to program delivery.
Assist in scheduling and organising training sessions.
Provide support in managing enrollment and payment processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the educational sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
Client Service Orientation: Focus on providing excellent service to clients.
Sales Experience: Background in IT sales, marketing, or related fields.
Administrative Coordination: Ability to manage coordinator tasks, such as scheduling, enrollment, and program administration.
