As part of our expansion, Azentio is looking to hire a
Solutions Architect Sales Engineering
based in Bangalore, India, or Mumbai, India
, to support go to market activities for the MFund Capital Markets
platform. This role will partner closely with regional and global sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to capital markets clients across APAC
. The role demands strong domain and technical expertise, client-facing experience, and readiness for frequent international travel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
- Partner with Sales to understand client needs and articulate MFund capabilities accordingly.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to regional markets.
- Build confidence and trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.
2. Solution Design & Technical Expertise
- Analyze client workflows and pain points to propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Design end-to-end capital markets solutions including trading, portfolio management, and compliance.
- Develop and present Proof-of-Concept (PoC) configurations customized to client scenarios.
3. Global Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Engage with clients across APAC to localize solutions and ensure regulatory fit.
- Liaise with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- Ensure seamless transition to delivery teams post-sales and be involved in escalations during implementation as required..
4. Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of capital markets trends, fintech innovation, and regulatory changes.
- Represent Azentio at client workshops, regional conferences, and industry forums.
- Contribute to the creation of white papers, case studies, and product positioning content.
Qualifications:
Domain Expertise
- In-depth understanding of global capital markets equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
- Familiarity with front-to-back workflows, including OMS, EMS, trade lifecycle, and compliance/reporting standards.
Technical Acumen
- Proficient in .NET, Oracle Databases, APIs, integration models, and digital transformation concepts.
- Capable of translating complex technical concepts into simple business value.
Solutioning & Communication
- Exceptional storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and technical presentation skills.
- Experience working in a pre-sales or client-facing product role across multiple regions.
Travel & Cultural Agility
- Open to frequent travel (up to 70%) across APAC, often on short notice.
- Culturally adaptable and effective in global client engagements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 8 years in a solutions architecture, or consulting role within BFSI, preferably with international exposure.
