Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

Telecaller / Tele Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch loan products and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion.
Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication tone.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates only.
Graduate or HSC passed with good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language.
15 years of experience in
telecalling, telesales, or loan sales process.
Knowledge of various loan products like
Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Project Loan,
etc.
Good convincing skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under targets with enthusiasm and confidence.
