Program Administator - L&D

Purpose/Objective

Drive structured L&D programs by executing learning pathways, mentoring programs, and performance assessments. Ensure data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment to foster leadership readiness, retention, and organizational impact. Champion continuous improvement and belonging through strategic HR initiatives that support business goals and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Execute and monitor structured L&D programs to build desired competencies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for developmental milestones, assessments, and mentoring engagements. - Coordinate learning activities and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance leadership development outcomes. - Capture, organize, and share learning assessment data to support competency development. - Curate and maintain relevant learning content and pathways to ensure quality and alignment with business needs. - Drive adoption and tracking of learning paths through LXP to support career readiness. - Facilitate effective mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and L&D participants, ensuring engagement and feedback loops. - Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms. - Ensure audit-readiness and data accuracy across all program documentation and dashboards. - Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement. - Provide timely data inputs for leadership reviews and presentations.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR management or related discipline preferred. Minimum 2 years of HR experience in talent development, mentoring, and employee engagement within a structured program environment
