What would you do?
CF OperationsEmployee Service - HR Delivery involves the execution and management of HR services and processes for employees. This includes tasks like payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and handling employee records. The goal is to ensure that HR services are delivered efficiently and accurately. Effective HR delivery supports employee needs and helps maintain smooth HR operations. It is essential for ensuring a positive employee experience and organizational efficiency.Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
?¢In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines, Perform background checks on existing employees according to client-specific BGC guidelines.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.Conduct thorough investigations and verifications to assess candidate suitability for client onboarding.Maintain accurate records of background check results and documentation.Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding background check findings.Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
