Job Summary:

The Talent Development and Learning Consultant is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. The role partners with business stakeholders to align talent development strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess organizational learning needs through stakeholder engagement and data analysis
Design and implement learning programs, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives
Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, and virtual learning sessions
Develop learning content including curricula, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver learning solutions
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis
Support career development, succession planning, and high-potential programs
Drive continuous improvement in learning strategies and methodologies
Coach managers and employees on development plans and learning pathways
Ensure alignment with diversity, equity, inclusion, and compliance standards
