S&C Global Network - AI - CDI - Data Science Manager

The Data Science Manager within the S&C Global Network AI CDI practice leads advanced analytics and AI-driven initiatives to deliver measurable business value for global clients. This role combines technical leadership, client consulting, and team management to design and deploy scalable data science solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

Client & Consulting Leadership

• Partner with global clients to identify high-impact AI and data science use cases
• Translate business problems into analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions
• Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, and executive presentations
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data science engagements across industries

Data Science & AI Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI models
• Oversee advanced analytics, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and optimization solutions
• Ensure model scalability, performance, governance, and ethical AI standards
• Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams to productionize models

Team & Practice Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts
• Establish best practices, reusable assets, and accelerators for the CDI practice
• Support capability building, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives

Technology & Platform Enablement

• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and analytics solutions
• Guide implementation using Python, R, SQL, Spark, ML frameworks, and MLOps tools
• Drive adoption of AI platforms, data lakes, and analytics ecosystems

Governance, Value & Measurement

• Define success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for AI and analytics programs
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
• Support proposal development, estimations, and business development efforts
