Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and within deadlines. Monitor machine performance and production efficiency to maintain optimal output. · Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet established quality standards through regular inspections and quality checks. Identify and resolve deviations to maintain consistent product quality. · AutoCAD Support: Review and interpret design schematics using AutoCAD to ensure alignment between design and production. Assist in layout modifications and update designs as required. · Team Coordination & Supervision: Manage and schedule factory workers for smooth workflow and productivity. Provide necessary training, guidance, and supervision to ensure adherence to operational, quality, and safety standards. · Inventory & Material Management: Monitor and maintain material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials and tools. · Production Safety Supervision & Compliance: Enforce compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Conduct routine safety inspections and implement preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents. · Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management. Education Requirements: · B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (any stream preferred) Experience Requirements: · 1 to 3 years of exp in any production unit · Must Have knowledge and exp in basic Auto cad · Industry preference: HVAC, Pump, Compressor, Valve, or similar sectors
