With exports to over 20 countries and a client base that includes top MNCs, Tempcon is known for quality, innovation, and reliability. --- Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on B2B leads in core industries: steel, power, chemical, manufacturing, mining Visit industrial plants and engage with project, maintenance, and purchase teams Understand technical requirements and recommend Tempcons suitable solutions Prepare and submit quotations, follow up for orders, and coordinate with internal teams Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure post-sales coordination Travel across India to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and represent Tempcon --- Eligibility: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred 23 years of B2B industrial sales experience in HVAC, pumps, compressors, valves, chillers, or capital equipment Good knowledge of major industrial sectors like steel, power, and chemical Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus) Willingness to travel frequently Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email communication) --- Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates who have sold products like industrial pumps, valves, compressors, HVAC, chillers, or utility equipment Experience dealing with industries like Tata Steel, Adani, NTPC, JSW, Hindalco, or large EPCs --- What We Offer: Travel Allowance (TA) + Performance-based Incentives On-the-job technical training Long-term career growth opportunities in technical and sales roles Opportunity to work with major Indian and international clients
