Job Description

✅ Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication shop. Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to quality standards and fabrication drawings. Coordinate with design and QC teams for smooth operations. Optimize material usage and minimize wastage. Monitor machine utilization, maintenance, and workforce allocation. Implement process improvements and productivity enhancement methods. Maintain records of production reports, material tracking, and downtime analysis. Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor. 🧩 Required Skills:Strong knowledge of fabrication processes: cutting, bending, welding, machining. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience with tools like AutoCAD/SolidWorks (basic understanding is a plus). Hands-on knowledge of welding standards and inspection. Good leadership and team management skills.
