Company Description eaveArt Textiles LLP Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Kim, Surat. The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and coordinate with teams to meet quality standards and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include managing workforce allocation, implementing production plans, monitoring equipment efficiency, and resolving any production-related issues. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively Proficiency in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to ensure timely delivery Experience in Production Management, including optimizing workflow, resource allocation, and efficiency Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and reporting Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges Experience in the textile industry is compulsory
