Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning, manpower management, labor management, and tasks at the ground level. You will also be in charge of MIS reporting to track and analyze production data effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee production planning to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes - Manage manpower effectively to meet production targets - Handle labor management issues and maintain a positive work environment - Execute tasks as per the requirements at the ground level - Prepare and submit MIS reports to track production performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Availability for day shift is preferred Please note: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
