Job Description

Job Title : General Assistant (Multi-Department Support) Key Responsibilities : Handle outside tasks such as purchases, bank-related work, and vendor coordination. Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and managing documents. Assist with basic accounts work such as bill payments, invoicing, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of daily operations. Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks, both inside and outside the office. Skills : Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic accounting knowledge. Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to diverse work responsibilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
