Location: Ambara Institute of Aviation, Bangalore Role Summary The Front Office & Student Support Executive delivers a warm, professional first impression for all visitors. The role focuses on handling enquiries, supporting admissions, maintaining organised records, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Welcome visitors with professionalism and hospitality; provide basic counselling and institute tours. • Handle incoming calls, missed calls, messages, and enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, JustDial, and Google. • Assist with admissions by preparing documents, collecting details, and sharing PG contacts when required. • Track daily student attendance and follow up with absentees. • Support demo class scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communication. • Manage petty cash, maintain daily expense records, and ensure office supplies are stocked. • Maintain student documents, offer letters, photos, and testimonials in organised folders. • Ensure the front office remains clean, organised, and ready for visitors. ⸻ Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & Kannada. • Professional grooming and a pleasant, welcoming personality. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business. • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality. • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure. • Freshers who are eager to learn and grow are welcome to apply. • Prior experience in reception or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
